Bafinfeh Agriculture Project is seeking a dedicated Farm Inspector to oversee our organic farming operations. As a Farm Inspector, you will be pivotal in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our farm production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of crops and farming practices to ensure adherence to organic standards.
• Monitor farm conditions, identify areas for improvement, and enforce corrective actions.
• Report on crop growth, soil health, and potential yield to management.
• Facilitate communication between the farm staff and management to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in farming with a deep understanding of agricultural processes.
• Proficiency in riding a bike to navigate the farm terrain efficiently.
